Due to the nature of the product, I can not offer refunds or exchanges on artworks or frames.

All artworks are custom made to order. Please ensure you have checked the measurements carefully and have reviewed your purchase prior to placing your order. Unfortunately, once your order is in production I'm unable to offer returns or refunds due to everything being custom made to order, specific to each customers purchase.

I cannot take responsibility for damages caused to product(s) by how the packaging is opened by the recipient or damages caused by the recipient(s)/recipients property/mailbox.
